==Same as the People's Occupation Government?==
To me, it seems "People's Occupation" refers to the same organization as Harvest's People's Occupation Government, the latter being a governmental entity formed by the organization. As far as I know, there's no definite proof they were only based on Harvest, even though they did have a cell there. Furthermore, I don't see how page 122 of ''Halo Graphic Novel'' - the only place where the organizations have been mentioned so far - says People's Occupation Government and Secessionist Union are the same thing; Jerald Mulkey Ander's profile mentions he was the Section Head of the Secessionist Union, and had ''ties'' to the People's Occupation Government and an organization called "Harvest for Harvesters". Nothing to indicate the two were the same entity, though it seems likely they were related. :Like you've suggested, the People's Occupation Government may be a subset of the People's Occupation, though it is also possible that the latter is shorthand for the former. I agree that the Secessionist Union and the People's Occupation Government are not the same and that they should receive separate articles, as should Harvest for Harvesters. I suggest that the People's Occupation Government article be merged into the People's Occupation article and that a note along the lines of, ''"The People's Occupation Government appears to be a branch of the People's Occupation, though the latter name may be shorthand for the former,"'' be added. ::I disagree. Simply because they share a similar name doesn't mean they're related. It's like saying the People's Front of Judea is the same as the Judean People's Front - similar but not identical names, similar goals and aims, different organisations. Terrorist groups have a tendency to split like crazy. Look at all the groups that sprung in in Palestine.
