Talk:Division

From Halopedia, the Halo wiki

Untitled[edit]

Division is a rather vague military unit used by multiple forces to convey the same idea. And due to the connection between the UNSC system and the American system, this article was created.

That's fine, but this article is specific. It mentions how many Marines are in each division, and its typical commanding officer. It's just a carbon copy of Division (U.S.) off Wikipedia. -- Manticore File:Fleet Admiral.jpg|25px]] Talk | CSV 15:55, 31 January 2007 (UTC)

KEEP We currently do not know the size of many units, but it has been established that many current day military units are used in the UNSC. That's why I think the article should stay. CommanderTony 06:57, 19 July 2007 (UTC)

Restoration[edit]

After two sucessful AfDs, the article has been cited with references that have existed all along. Though the number/commanding rank schemes do not necessarily need to be kept, the fact is that the Division still exists in 2552 as a military unit, and most likely follows the same order of battle scheme it does today in most Nation's armies. Though it has only been mentioned, its context makes this assumption farely easy to substantiate. --DEMONSPAWNED 22:01, 30 August 2007 (UTC)
