Talia Kipley was a resident of the human Outer Colony of Sedra and the wife of Silas Kipley.[1]
Biography[edit]
On February 7, 2556, a Sangheili zealot unleashed a bioweapon in Sedra City.[2] The weapon had been created from a newly-created element sourced from a fragment of the destroyed Installation 04, and it only produced severe adverse effects in humans.[2] Silas was forced to watch as Talia, who was six months pregnant at the time, had blackness creep though her veins before his eyes.[1] She, along with her unborn child, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, her brother-in-laws's family, and nephews and nieces of Silas, all died that day. Silas was devastated by the loss and he destroyed the room he and Talia had been preparing for their baby.[1]
Personality and traits[edit]
Talia had thick red hair and a loud mouth. Silas loved her for her crazy ideas and inexhaustible love for life.[1]
