Talia Kipley was a resident of the human Outer Colony of Sedra and the wife of Silas Kipley.[1]
Biography[edit]
On February 7, 2556, a Sangheili zealot unleashed a bioweapon in Sedra City. The weapon had been created from a newly-created element sourced from a fragment of the destroyed Installation 04, and it only produced severe adverse effects in humans.[2] Silas was forced to watch as Talia, who was six months pregnant at the time, had blackness creep though her veins before his eyes. She, along with her unborn child, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, her brother-in-laws's family, and nephews and nieces of Silas, all died that day. Silas was devastated by the loss and he destroyed the room he and Talia had been preparing for their baby.[1]
Personality and traits[edit]
Talia had thick red hair and a loud mouth. Silas loved her for her crazy ideas and inexhaustible love for life.[1]
