===Tactical Ops playlist===
The Tactical Ops event playlist contained [[SWAT|Tactical Slayer]] and its four variants. During the first week, the standard Tactical Slayer variant was accompanied by "Tactical Slayer - Sidekicks" and "Tactical Slayer - Manglers" variants. During the second week, the "Tactical Slayer - Stalker Rifles" and "Tactical Slayer - Commandos" variants were added to the rotation.{{Ref/Reuse|launch}}

==Tactical Ops content==
The first non-recurring event of ''Halo Infinite'', Tactical Ops' content could originally be earned through a 10 tier event pass over the course of its two week tenure. Ten of the twenty [[Challenges/Halo Infinite|weekly challenges]] would be replaced with event-specific challenges, each rewarding an additional 100 XP, and a level up in the pass upon completion. While [[Fractures: Tenrai]] and [[Cyber Showdown]] had challenges exclusive to [[Fiesta]] and [[Attrition]] respectively, Tactical Ops' were exclusive to Tactical Slayer.{{Ref/Reuse|hw}}

Helmet options earned through Tactical Ops would be made available on all [[Armor customization (Halo Infinite)|armor cores]] during [[Season 05: Reckoning]], with visor options becoming available on all armor cores during the August, 2022 drop pod in [[Season 02: Lone Wolves]]. The armor coating within the event would be made available on all armor cores with the release of [[Fleetcom (Operation)|Fleetcom]] in July of [[2024]]. Rewards earned through Tactical Ops's event pass would eventually be added to [[The Exchange (Halo Infinite)|the Exchange]] during [[Anvil (Operation)|Anvil]], [[Fleetcom (Operation)|Fleetcom]], and [[Great Journey (Operation)|Great Journey]].{{Ref/Reuse|launch}} 

During the final hours of the event on March 22, an in-game issue prevented players from making progress in event challenges. ===Weekly rewards===
Two unique weekly challenges with exclusive rewards were available during Tactical Ops, a visor, and a backdrop for the player's nameplate. Like the challenges used to earn levels in the event pass, these weekly challenges were tied to Tactical Slayer, and would unlock a Tactical Slayer-themed cosmetic option. Only the Three-Five-Five visor would be added to the Exchange, being released during [[Brute Force (Operation)|Brute Force]]. The Core Element backdrop remains exclusive to the Tactical Ops event's run.
