The Babysitter is one of the seven short films comprising the anime adaptation of the Halo universe, Halo Legends [1][2]. Babysitter focuses on the rivalry between the SPARTAN-II Commandos and the Orbital Drop Shock Troopers.

The first preview of Legends and Babysitter was revealed on September 17th, 2009 during Spike TV's GTTV Presents "Halo 3: ODST" Countdown to Launch [3].

Summary

A squad of four ODST's are sent on a mission to eliminate a key Covenant Prophet on a distant planet. However, they are accompained by Spartan Cal-141, who is the commanding officer for this mission. To the frustration of the squad, the Spartan is the one carrying out the assassination, neglecting their own sniper, O'Brian, to backup. [4]
