Vice admiral Shauna Glasgow was one of two naval architects responsible for the construction of the civilian Phoenix-class colony ship Spirit of Fire (later refitted as fleet support ship UNSC Spirit of Fire), with the other architect being First Engineer Brandon Hines.[1]
