Strategy[edit]
General[edit]
- Any Leader Power that can lead all enemy units to frozen (Such as Glacial Storm, Cryo Bomb, and units frozen from Cryotech Advances), have your units focus fire on it to defeat them instead of moving to another target.
- Seismic Blast is not effective against unfrozen units, but it's very effective against frozen units.
- Cryotech Advances practically slows down any infantries attempting to capture a Power Node. This, however, was ineffective for any units under Let 'Volir's Leader Power, Banished Raid and Captain Cutter's Leader Power, UNSC Raid as they can de-capture Power Node faster than other units.
- Have Kodiak as the Main Strike Force as Cryotech Advances augments the Kodiak's shell with the chilling effect, effective for crowd control and demolishing building faster.
- If the player wishes to rush, quickly obtain Frostraven to make immediate suppression on enemy units.
- Serina's primary role is Support, which benefits greatly if played with another player as a teammate.
Allies[edit]
- Pair up with Leaders that can deal devastating damage. Glacial Storm and Cryo Bomb benefits greatly if combined with heavy damage from leader power, such as MAC, EMP MAC, and Glassing Beam.
- Voridus's Maelstorm is your best friend, using either Cryo Bomb or Glacial Storm combined with Cataclysm from Infusion Wake for devastating damage.
- If it was three players in a team, use Banished leader that has Glassing Beam leader power for maximum damage, which normally results in destruction on even a Vulture with a maximum upgrade, perfect for countering air units. Serina's ZAV-48 Frostraven will play its main role here.
- Serina is difficult to defeat outside 1v1, since her main role is a support leader, bringing any opponents to the ice and have the allies shatter it. Try to defend any player using Serina, since she can assist other players with her cryo leader power.
Enemies[edit]
- Be wary of her Ice Barrier as it can give a rough intel of where are your units at.
- With some combination from other Leaders, Serina will be one of the toughest opponents to defeat. It is advisable to defeat Serina first due to her lethality on the cryo capabilities.
- Serina is less difficult to defeat when it comes to 1v1, but it's more difficult to defeat starting from 2v2 and above.
