Hardscrabble was a human colony planet located in the Outbound system.[1]
History[edit]
Hardscrabble was established as a Unified Earth Government colony in the year 2444.[1]
In 2545, during the Human-Covenant War, Edward Buck was in cryo-sleep en route to the planet from Mars. Upon waking up in arrival at Hardscrabble, Buck learned of the Covenant's assault on his homeworld of Draco III.[2]
The planet was later attacked and glassed by Covenant forces in 2547.[1]
