The Boltshot is a weapon that was first introduced in Halo 4. It is one of the most common weapons throughout the game.

In Halo 4, the boltshot featured is the Z-110 Boltshot; a magazine-fed handgun that fires ionized particles, and has a charge up ability that gives the weapon the ability to fire a burst of ions at once.
