Doctor Eugene Taylor was one of two naval architects responsible for the construction of UNSC In Amber Clad, the other being Distinguished Naval Engineer David Pulver.[1] The frigate's final assembly was performed at the SinoViet Naval Yard AS-9 shipyard above Reach, and was later launched on February 9th, 2547.[1]
