==Biography==

Dural 'Mdama is the eldest son of [[Raia 'Mdama|Raia]] and [[Jul 'Mdama]]. At some point he became aware who his father was, even though Sangheili custom dictates the youth are solely judged on their own abilities and not by their heritage. He and his brother [[Asum]] lived in the [[State of Mdama]] and were taught [[martial arts|combat skills]] by [[Naxan]] in their home at [[Bekan Keep]]. ==Personality and traits==
Dural fanatically believes in the Servants of the Abiding Truth. He despises humans and the Swords of Sanghelios for the death of his mother. Despite his scorn for the Swords of Sanghelios, he is still reluctant to kill female Sangheili, even if they are his foes, as Raia 'Mdama taught him to be chivalrous to females when she was alive. For himself, and at the urging of Telcam, Dural had painted his armor in a pale blue and white, similar to the color of a energy sword. His combat harness was a fierce and ancient variant from an anchorite-warrior sect that he recovered from the vaults of the Ontom temple.
