Constantine "Grandfather" Moya was a human politician on the Outer Colony of Gao.[1]
Biography[edit]
Moya served as one of the first fourteen Presidents of the Gao Republic and was regarded as the "great unifier" on Gao. Moya's legacy was immortalized as a hologram in the People's Collection of Presidential Holographs, located in the Gao Cabinet Chamber in the People's Palace. Moya's hologram features him leaning on a garden hoe, wearing a straw hat and smiling.[1]
