As the faction grew  Atriox diverted resources into rapidly bolstering the size and scale of their fleet by utilizing both Jiralhanae and Covenant-sourced designs leading to the creation of the [[Karve]] and the [[Banished dreadnought]]. The Karve were originally used to patrol territory and ferry cargo prior to the Great Immolation, with contemporary Karves now forming the backbone of the Banished navy constructed using Kig-Yar shipbuilding techniques {{Ref/Book|Id=Enc22p460|Enc22|Page=460}}.
