The Unnamed UNSC Navy Officer is a Captain in the UNSC Navy, he was responsible for the testing of John-117's MJOLNIR Mk.VI Battle Armor in Songnam, South Korea on Earth.
Background
The Captain was the commanding officer of the UNSC Special Warfare Center in Songnam, South Korea. There he monitored reservist SPARTAN-062's progress on testing the MJOLNIR Mark VI Battle Armor for the SPARTAN-IIs.
Trivia
- It seems like the Captain and SPARTAN Maria-062 have known or worked with each other in the past, possibly during the beginning phases of the SPARTAN-II Project.
- As for physical appearance, he seems like he is a native of Eastern Asia and is in his late-40's to early-50's.
