During the first attack on [[Covenant]] ships in orbit in the [[Battle of Onyx]], the ''Glasgow Kiss'' moved to protect the flagship ''[[UNSC Stalingrad]]'' from enemy fire. The ship was destroyed when volleys of plasma meant for the ship obliterated it, but many of the crew escaped in escape pods.

The UNSC Glasgow Kiss was a United Nations Space Command destroyer that served within Battle Group Omicron during the Onyx Conflict in November 2552.

Background[edit]

Glasgow Kiss was part of Admiral Carl "Buster" Patterson's task force sent to Onyx to retrieve Dr. Catherine Halsey, the SPARTAN-IIs of Blue Team, the SPARTAN-IIIs stationed on the planet, and alleged Forerunner artifacts from the world's Sentinel constructs. During the first attack on the Covenant ships in orbit above Onyx, it moved to protect the flagship UNSC Stalingrad from enemy fire. Glasgow Kiss was subsequently destroyed by plasma meant for the flagship, although many of her crew survived in escape pods.[2]
