UNSC Dresden was a Marathon-class heavy cruiser that was destroyed above Biko during the Covenant's attack on the planet. Sometime after the war, Oliver Birch was contracted to retrieve a saddle box that was attached to the Dresden.[1]
Trivia
The Dresden was likely named after the historical German city of Dresden, which suffered severe bombing at the end of World War II.
