The UNSC Aegis Fate is a frigate of the UNSC Navy [1]. It was first seen in a stationary position over the area of a former Brute (Jiralhanae) Encampment.
According to the level description of Sandtrap (Level), the area the Aegis Fate hovers near was a Brute excavation site of a Forerunner structure. The vessel played a part in ejecting the Brutes from the area.
