The Tiara was a space station in equatorial geosynchronous orbit around the planet Harvest. Constructed the earliest in 2468 (when Harvest was founded), it supported the seven space elevators servicing the colonies capital city of Utgard, and functioned as an orbital port for passenger and cargo transport, as well as the location of the data centers of the AI Sif, who was in charge of Harvest's shipping operations which included the balancing of the Tiara, the transporting of human and shipping traffic up and down the space elevator, and control of the passenger and cargo transport in and out of the Tiara.

Tiara is described as being two arcs separated by the carbon nano-fiber strands that made up the space elevators of Harvest. The beamwork connecting the two looked like delicate filigree. Six beveled titanium spars ran the length of the facility. Avery Johnson estimated the station was about 4 kilometers long and it's interior around 300 meters in diameter (13,200 and 990 feet, respectively)[1]. It possessed some form of artificial gravity (presumably operated by centrifugal force, as Covenant artificial gravity technology had not been deciphered until the 2550s[2]).

It was destroyed in 2525, along with Sif by mass driver rounds from the surface of Harvest fired by Loki[3], just before Harvest fell to the Covenant. The strands and parts of Tiara wrapped around Harvest, as per it's rotation. In a state of grief, the JOTUNs under control of Mack, Harvest's agricultural AI, buried the strands of Tiara and the space elevators, protecting them from the plasma fire as Harvest was glassed.
