Reach High Command, otherwise known as Reach HIGHCOM,[1] was the local headquarters of the UNSC High Command on the planet Reach in the Highland Mountains.

The complex, along with the UNSC forces defending it, was attacked and destroyed by the Covenant during the later stages of their invasion of Reach. Vice Admiral Danforth Whitcomb managed to slip out of the facility with his staff before the complex was destroyed, evading capture in a gully before being rescued by a team of SPARTAN-II supersoldiers.
