History
Next to nothing is known of Randall as he was only mentioned by Dr. Catherine Halsey in Ghosts of Onyx. Apparantly he is one of the few Spartans that is truely MIA, having gone missing in 2532. This is interesting as it seemingly refutes John-117's statement in First Strike that Kelly-087 was the only Spartan that was truely MIA. It's possible that Randall's disapearance was under circumstances that almost guaranteed his death.
