Qunu's naming structure is odd. I's unknown whether "Qunu" is his first or second name. We could say it's the first, as he doesn't have the (') or the (-ee), and he can't be a civilian as he is a [[Zealot]], and commander of a destroyer. However, the reason he doesn't have the (-ee), could be that [[Elites]] never put (-ee) after vowels. His case is similar to [[Kusovai]]'s. It is most likely that Qunu is just his first name.

Qunu was a Covenant Elite and Ship Master of the destroyer Far Sight Lost. [1] His knowledge of the ritual responses from the Fire and Repentance Codecies was unmatched.[2]

In 2552, his ship, which was part of the Combined Fleet of Righteous Purpose, was sent with the Incorruptible to Onyx. Qunu was ordered ahead of the main fleet to try and make contact with the Onyx Sentinels. The Sentinels, in turn, destroyed his ship and killed him. [3]
