Synopsis: Mostly unknown, the operation involved the assassination of the head
of the People's Occupation Government, Jarald Mulkey Ander, by a 
Spartan-I unit.
Outcome: UNSC successful.

Operation: KALEIDOSCOPE as shown on page 122 [1] of the Halo Graphic Novel went off without a hitch.

The assassination of Jarald Mulkey Ander was accomplished by a black man similar in features to Sergeant Avery Johnson. The diagrams on pg. 122 clearly show the RED bullet path from the sniper rifle to Jarald Mulkey Ander in the jeep.
