New Jerusalem

New Jerusalem was a large United Nations Space Command colony in the Human-held Cygnus System [1]. It was discovered by the Covenant and was known to be defended by the 26th Marine Expeditionary Force, who suffered heavy casualties in the battle. It was most likely glassed, but as of right now, no information is known.

- New Jerusalem is named after the ancient/present day city Jerusalem in Israel, located on the planet Earth.
- In Halo 3 ODST, the Rookie's bio reveals that he had fought at New Jerusalem before transferring to his then current unit.
