Miridem was a planet. In 2544, The Battle of Miridem was fought here. All that is known of this conflict is that the Spartan-II's were sent in and Sheila, though actually MIA earlier, was eventually killed. Dr. Halsey was also present at the battle, witnessing Sheila's death, though it is really unknown why she was there.
