Merv was a human civilian employed by the Misriah Armory Department of Supply Distribution at the Rajtom Facility on Reach. On July 27, 2552 he authored a memorandum sent to SWORD Base concerning a shipment of H-165 FOM, an advanced model of close-support designators.[1]
