M9 Wolverine

The Wolverine is a United Nations Space Command ground-based anti-aircraft battery in Halo Wars designed to take down Banshees and other airborne Covenant units such as Dropships and Air Artillery. It bares some resemblance to an M2 half-track with missile pods on its rear.
The Wolverine Half-tracked engine, has been choosen for maximising space-surface deplacement. The two front wheels can ensure the vehicle has great speed while the rear Heavy Rocket-Launcher can be supported by two strong tracked ranges. The Wolverine has a flak role with small auto-homing rockets. Similar units were built fullfill an artillery function, similar to the modern US-MRLS units.
We never see this unit in the others Halo Games, despite the Covenant's Earth assault. But by this time, this units might has been replaced by other units who don't needed a half-tracked system
