Licinus was a Jiralhanae of the Covenant attached to the warship, Rapid Conversion [1]. He was a part of Maccabeus' pack. He was wounded their the first contact with the humans, getting shot in the chest twice, puncturing one of his lung. Maccabeus put a sheet that would help his lung re-inflate onto his chest.
