Jonathan Lowell

Template:Character Infobox Master Chief Petty Officer Jonathan Lowell is a human senior non-commissioned officer serving with the UNSC Navy. [1] Lowell was a crewman aboard UNSC Infinity on her February 2558 deployment to Requiem during the Human-Promethean War. The Master Chief organized Infinity's Chili Cook-Off on February 25th.
Trivia
Jonathan Lowell is one of the only named characters in the Halo universe known to have achieved the rank of Master Chief Petty Officer, second only to the series' iconic protagonist, John-117. Ironically, the two Master Chiefs share similar names and have both served aboard Infinity.
