Jim Higgins

Corporal Jim Higgins was an enlisted UNSC Marine assigned to Earth in 2552 during The Second Battle of Earth. He was a crew chief for the Pelican dropship flown by Sergeant Laura "Smokes" Tanner. He and Tanner provided transportation for SPARTAN-104, SPARTAN-043, and SPARTAN-058 as they countered the Covenant incursions on the Yucatan Peninsula and Havana during the battle. He enjoyed Tobacco Gum
