Jaggers was moody, temperamental, and bad at his job. While under the command of then, Commander Jacob Keyes, he almost appeared to be drunk on duty at times [1]. During the initial battle above Sigma Octanus IV, Jaggers demonstrated gross incompetence while at his post during the battle.[2] This almost bordered on mutiny, so Commander Keyes had Admiral Micheal Stanforth reassign Jaggers.[3] He was then replaced by Ensign William Lovell.[4]
