Summary
Navigation officer aboard the UNSC Iroquois. Jaggers was moody, tempermental, and bad at his job. While under the command of then-Commander Keyes, he almost appeared to be drunk on duty at times. During the initial battle above Sigma Octanus IV, Jaggers demonstrated gross incomptence while at his post during the battle. This almost bordered on mutiny, so Commander Keyes had Admiral Micheal Stanforth reassign and demote Jaggers. He was then replaced by Ensign William Lovell.
