Isna 'Nosolee

Summary

'Nosolee was a Covenant Elite. He was an Ossoona, or "Eye of the Prophet". He was killed by Captain Keyes when he tried to ride to the surface of Halo in the same lifeboat. Keyes noticed the blurr through the Elite's active camo, and shot him.
