Ilta 'Bemet was a female Sangheili and the wife of Otar 'Bemet, a rebel that conspired to kill the Arbiter Thel 'Vadam.[1] Like her husband, she was discuntent with the Arbiter's rule and sought to kill him. She died while attempting to create an incendiary device for use against the Arbiter.
