Hague was a rich and famous big-game hunter staying on Beta Gabriel in 2552.

Biography

During the battle at Reach in 2552, the Covenant vessel Valorous Salvation retreated from the action and landed on Beta Gabriel. The Jiralhanae crew hunted the human population and captured Hague. Even though the Jiralhanae Chieftain Parabum ordered that humans be rationed, in his absence the subversive Ceretus had Hague killed for sport by being ripped apart by two Jiralhanae. Dasc Gevadim was the initial target, however Ceretus turned his attention to Hague when he accidentally made eye contact with him, which the Jiralhanae interpreted as a challenge.[1]

Trivia

Hague may not have actually been his name. Connor Brien recognized the man as a famous big-game hunter, whose name was "Hague or something."
