An Orbital Drop Shock Trooper platoon stationed on the Frigate UNSC In Amber Clad, and part of the 7th Orbital Drop Shock Trooper Battalion.
It is unknown whether they participated in the UNSC's effort to retake New Mombasa, though they were aboard the ship as it followed the Covenant Assault Carrier through slipspace to a second Halo installation. They were launched via HEV pods, along with Spartan-117, to secure a landing zone for a flight of Pelican dropships[1]. They would assist the Spartan in his push through Covenant-held territory, aiding him in his assassination attempt on the Prophet of Regret - an attempt that was successful[2].
Although the temple complex the Prophet and Spartan-117 were was destroyed by an overhead Covenant Carrier, the fate of the ODST's and Marines is unknown. They may have been among those taken captive by the Covenant to activate the installation. Any survivors would, theoretically, have allied with the Sangheili and other Covenant Separatists.
