The Elysium City Law Enforcement was the police agency for Elysium City, Eridanus II.[1]
Robert Grove, a corporal in the UNSC Marine Corps, was formerly an officer in the Elysium City Law Enforcement.[1]

The ECLE uses the WST DTM/Law Enforcement shotgun model.[1]
