The Deep Space Research Array (DSRA) was a research facility orbiting the human Outer Colony planet of Arcadia in the Procyon system.[1] Opened on January 16, 2498,[2] the facility was established to research large space-based objects such as black holes, heavy gravity events, or objects where vessels could not normally go to.[3] Some individuals pointed out the irony that the Deep Space Research Array led to Arcadians becoming more knowledgeable about the galaxy than about the dense jungles of their own planet.[4]

The facility was ultimately destroyed on February 9, 2531 by the Covenant's Fleet of Glorious Interdiction during the opening stages of the Battle for Arcadia.[1]
