David Agnoli is the Minister for the Colonies in the post-Human-Covenant War era.[1]

Biography

At some point he was attempting to make an appointment with Admiral Parangosky, neither liking each other very much. After a brief discussion with Captain Osman, he decided he would talk to a lieutenant about making an appointment with the Admiral.
