How Bungie plans to take over the world.
A mock up of the contract.

"Bungie is a studio built first and foremost on the strengths and abilities of its people. They use the best technology and the best talent in the industry, assembled together in the best place, to create compelling games, stories and worlds. With all these pieces in place, Bungie can concentrate on its ultimate goal..."
— The Bungie Creed

The 7 Steps to World Domination refers to Bungie's plan to achieve its ultimate goal. The plan appeared in a documentary on the history of Bungie available in the Halo 3 Legendary Edition. The plan is a direct reference to the studio's long-standing obsession with the number seven.
