The Triumphant Declaration

The Triumphant Declaration was a Covenant Loyalist CCS-class Battlecruiser that was present during the Second Battle of Earth, as part of the Fleet of Furious Redemption. Commanded by Jiralhanae Commander Lepidus, it held James Ackerson for interogation, said interogation leading to the divulgance of the location of the Key of Osanalan (Cleveland).
