Voi Traxus Factory Complex 09[1] was a Traxus installation in Africa, Earth, near Voi and the Ark.
In late 2552, it came under attack by the Covenant Loyalists, but was retaken by UNSC forces with the help of the Master Chief.[2] Soon after, the complex became overrun with Flood after their captured CCS-class Covenant ship crashed nearby. It was destroyed along with everything else in the vicinity by the Covenant Separatists in an attempt to purge the Flood from the area.[3]
