Factory Complex 71 was a Human factory located in Voi, Kenya on Earth. [1]

Background
It was located right across an unknown lake, river or other body of water in South Voi, near Traxus Factory Complex 09.
Trivia
- It is probably owned and maintained by Traxus Heavy Industries, who has several factories around Voi.
- You can see the complex by looking outside the fans near the main playing area on the Halo 3 multiplayer level, Foundry.
- 71 is possibly another reference to the number 7 (7x1=7).
