When ''UNSC [[Spirit of Fire]]'' is under attack by ''[[Enduring Conviction]]'', Anders formulate a plan with Captain Cutter and Isabel to activate [[Installation 09]] that was stored inside the Foundry of the Ark in order to raise a distress beacon to the original site of [[Installation 04]] which Cutter believe is in range of [[Reach]] comms. Due to current situation however, Cutter cannot approve that plan until they can find a way to defeat ''Enduring Conviction'' until Isabel offers a plan to destroy the carrier.
