Summary
Operation: KALEIDOSCOPE as shown on page 122 of the Halo Graphic Novel went off with out a hitch.
As shown on pg 122 the assassination of Jarald Mulkey Ander was accomplished by a black man similiar in features to Sergeant Avery Johnson. The diagrams on pg 122 clearly show the RED bullet path from the sniper's rifle to Jarald Mulkey Ander in the jeep.
