Lieutenant Jaggers was a UNSC junior officer in 2552. He served as the navigation officer aboard the UNSC Iroquois that year. Jaggers was moody, tempermental, and bad at his job. While under the command of then-Commander Jacob Keyes, he almost appeared to be drunk on duty at times.[1] During the initial battle above Sigma Octanus IV, Jaggers demonstrated gross incomptence while at his post during the battle.[2] This almost bordered on mutiny, so Commander Keyes had Admiral Micheal Stanforth reassign Jaggers.[3] He was then replaced by Ensign William Lovell.[4]
