Doctor Robert McLees is a human ship designer and one of the co-founders of Reyes-McLees Shipyards over Mars. In 2510 he introduced the Halcyon-class light cruiser,[1] a design that would see substantial use by the UNSC Navy during the Human-Covenant War. Dr. McLees later conducted a series of interviews with Marine servicemen regarding both UNSC and Covenant matériel at some point following the war.[2]
