The Cygnus System is a Human-controlled system in the Outer Colonies that has not been affected by the Insurrection [1].
Within its system are two Human colonized worlds. One of which is New Jerusalem, the possible birthplace of Jilan al-Cygni. [2]
Cygnus may be part of the Cygnus constellation.
