Pre-Carrow Conflict[edit]
Sometime prior to the onset of the Carrow Conflict, Kapoor had served on a committee regarding militia staffing levels alongside Ellis Gass and General Grace. After this committee ceased meeting, he was promoted from an unspecified rank to General.[1]
Carrow Conflict[edit]
As Sangheili warships destroyed Suraka's long-ranged communications and slipspace-capable ships, Kapoor worked alongside General Aru to organize the city's forces in order to respond to the attack.[2] Later stationed in the command bunker below the Wulandari Building, he worked with Ellis, Lamar Edwards, General Grace, and General Aru to formulate responses to the threat posed by the Voice of Maardoth and later the Sharquoi controlled by Hekabe, as well as addressing the civilian refugee crisis.[1] He was instrumental in the preparation and execution of both Operation: BUZZHAWK and the evacuation of Suraka.[3][4][5]
