The Vestige Carbine was [[Vestige|first introduced early in the empire's history]] in the [[Ages of Reclamation|Third Age of Reclamation]], most notably used by warriors onboard {{Pattern|Mjern|agricultural support ship}}s. Four Vestige Carbines were recovered from a sealed [[San'Shyuum]] vault on [[Qikost]] by [[Sangheili]] [[artisan-armorer]]s [[Oebrin 'Chava]] and [[Silset 'Chava]] in [[2560#January|January 2560]].
