| :I think it's less of a stretch to assume the sets are based on Noble Team's armors in-universe than to assume they are not. I don't think it's very plausible that the UNSC would produce exact replicas of their armor configurations completely fortuitously, doubly so for Emile's visor carving. There's also this quote from the latest Canon Fodder:
